A View To A Kill Film Poster - AllPosters.com

In London department Q-Branch discovers that the Chip is similar to the newest Western ones from the company “Zorin Technologies”. Bond drives to the legendary Ascot race track where he has to observe company owner Max Zorin. He meets horse adept Sir Godfrey Tibbett who thinks Zorin’s horses are doped in France. Tibbett provides dinner in Paris for his friend Dr. Aubergine and Bond.

Pola: In my dressing room, later, did you know I was an agent with orders to seduce you?
Bond: Why do you think I sent you three dozen red roses?

So they meet in Paris, but during the dinner Aubergine is shot by an assassin, identity unknown. Bond chases the culprit through all of Paris, but in the end, he can escape with a boat on the Seine. The assassin was May Day, Zorin’s girlfriend. Bond and Tibett travel to Chantilly in France, where Max Zorin holds a big auction. On a party Bond is able to observe how a young blonde lady receives a cheque by Zorin. Bond tries to contact that woman, but May Day gets in the way.

In the night Sir Godfrey and Bond spy on Zorin’s area and discover a secret lab for microchips. They also get to know that Zorin indeed dopes his horses. Unfortunately, they are discovered and have to flee. But May Day now remembers Bond from the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Paris. Sir Godfrey is killed while the attempt to murder Bond fails.

Stacey: I have to feed him, are you hungry?
Bond: What are you serving, Whiskers?

In an airship over San Francisco Zorin holds a meeting with internation business partners and explains that he plans to destroy Silicon Valley to get the monopoly for microchips. Bond arrives in San Francisco and meets CIA Agent Chuck Lee. He gets to know that Zorin is a psychopath, a result of a failed experiment in the 2nd World War.

Bond also meets some fishermen who tell him that Zorin has installed some drilling machines in the San Francisco bay. In the night Bond visits Zorin’s station and meets another agent who gets killed. Thanks to tapes the other agent seems to have made Bond finds out that the Silicon Valley operation is about to start in 3 days.

M: I would have expected the KGB to celebrate if Silicon Valley had been destroyed.
Gogol: On the contrary, Admiral. Where would Russian research be without it?

Bond then meets the young blond lady from France again, her name is Stacey Sutton and she is geologist. She fears that Zorin plans something scary. In the night they drive to San Francisco’s City hall and search for folders regarding the Zorin Company. Zorin himself discovers the both of them and tries to kill them with a fire. But again the attempt fails.

On the next day Bond and Stacey visit an old mine Zorin wants to use to cause a gigantic earthquake to destory Silicon Valley. Again they are discovered, but May Day, who recognizes that the’s been used by Zorin all the time, helps them. She finally stops the trigger but gets killed.

Bond: Well my dear, I take it you spend quite a lot of time in the saddle.
Jenny Flex: Yes, I love an early morning ride.
Bond: Well, I’m an early riser myself.

Bond and Stacey follow Zorin and his air ship. Over the Golden Gate Bridge the final fight between Bond and Zorin takes place...
